The projects that I take on are as diverse as my clients. They include:

The nature of each project ultimately depends on the needs of my client. Sometimes the engagement involves creating fresh, new copy. In other cases, it entails rewriting and editing client's copy.

Either way, the goal remains the same: produce material that's persuasive, inspiring, engaging, informative and illuminating.

Unlike larger firms that may assign junior talent to a project, I remain personally involved at every stage. And because I'm account manager, writer, editor, administrator, among other roles, nothing gets lost in translation.

When necessary, I bring in others when special skills or workload requires it. And I routinely work with graphic designers and other communication professionals on larger projects.

Fees
In most cases, I work on a fixed-fee basis. That way my client knows what their costs will be and can better manage their budget.

Except for the very smallest jobs, creative fees are always a small fraction of total costs. As for a cost comparison of writing internally versus outsourcing, when the true cost of internal preparation is measured, outsourced writing nearly always costs less, not more.
